POWER4 es nuestro proyecto 19/20: complicaciones postoperatorias después de la cirugía gástrica por cáncer en cualquier hospital español.
Las complicaciones postoperatorias son frecuentes tras cirugía gástrica y se asocian a mayor morbilidad, mortalidad y duración de la estancia hospitalaria.
Los protocolos GERM y de ERAS proporcionan información y medidas pre, intra y postoperatorias para reducir el riesgo de complicaciones.
Este estudio tiene como objetivo: Explorar la incidencia de complicaciones postoperatorias después de una cirugía gástrica.
Secundario: (1) Evaluar la adherencia a las medidas perioperatorias ERAS para reducir el riesgo de complicaciones; (2) establecer los factores de riesgo para el desarrollo de complicaciones.
