Drenajes
Los drenajes se han empleado de forma rutinaria, con la creencia de que la evacuación de sangre y colecciones serosas, prevenían las infecciones del lecho quirúrgico, pero los múltiples estudios al respecto(1,2,3), no lo han demostrado, por lo que no hay evidencia para su uso de forma rutinaria.(4,5,6)
90. Se recomienda la no utilización de drenajes de forma rutinaria.
