Existe amplia literatura que aboga por individualizar la fluidoterapia o terapia hemodinámica dirigida por objetivos utilizando monitorización hemodinámica avanzada para optimizar el VS y reducir la VVS.(2-4)
76. Se recomienda la utilización de monitorización adecuada (VS o VVS) para guiar la administración intraoperatoria de fluidos en pacientes de riesgo.
