Reversión del BNM con rocuronio
La combinación rocuronio-sugammadex para bloqueo neuromuscular y su reversión ha demostrado en los diferentes estudios ser mucho más rápida, alcanzando el TOF ratio > 0,9 desde bloqueos intensos, profundos y moderados, asegurando la recuperación de los pacientes, dando lugar a menos complicaciones respiratorias que los revertidos con neostigmina.(1-8)
67. Se recomienda realizar la reversión del BNM con sugammadex en lugar de neostigmina cuando se haya utilizado bromuro de rocuronio, por ser más rápida y segura.
